Hey guys,

This image is the background of website... It makes the screen of my LED-Display MBP flicker like crazy when i view it fullscreen either with preview or quicklook... Is this normal or should I have the screen checked out? It seems to manifest only with grayish patterns.

Thanks :)

every lcd monitor will do that, refresh rate messes with it, *hint* use a solid background, are you trying to hypnotize yourself or something?

Well on mine it's REALLY bad. I tested it on my 20inch cinema display and on my old macbook pro (2.16 C2D) and both are showing the pattern without any flickering whatsoever....

I think i'll have it checked out tomorrow...

I hope it's normal but on certain horizontally stripped patterns it's really apparent and my old mbp doesn't have the issue at all
