Hi im not that good in schematics that i found for my 2012 macbook pro 13" (non retina). Though maybe here are some good people that are expert. It seems to me that its a resistor that is not working anymore, which prevents my macbook to start. Does anyone know what kind of resistor/thingy im dealing with? (photo is taken a little to the left of the display connector)

There was a liquid spill 1,5 years ago, but thought i cleaned it good enough at the time.

Are there any tips on what i can do to fix it? Or is it time for a new one?
