Hi i updated my mac post last week now i cant find my email how do i get it back thanks for any help

Can you clarify what you mean by mac post? Presumably your email will be stored on your email providers' server - if your account has disappeared from Mail I'd suggest going to the accounts section of Mail and entering all your details - that should get you your email back.

is there a way to do a system restore like you can on windows? i had my macbook pro 2 years never had a problem i do all the updates this time i lost my email tab
