Alright, so do your m1 macbook pro fans come on under sustained long loads from the GPU? So heres the thing with mine. If I run Cinebench for example for a while, the fan will eventually come on, but much quieter than the intel macs did. However, if I run Unigine Valley, a graphics benchmark for an extended period of time, the computer will get very hot, and the fan if it does come on, will be a the minimum speed, which is imperceptible unless you put your ear up to it. So I'm wondering if your m1 macbook pros do the same? Do they ramp up the fan more under cpu load than gpu load? Also, the computer gets much hotter to the touch running ungine valley than running cinebench. I just want to make sure this is something with the fan curve and mine isn't defective.

Can you please check the games?I watched many videos saying how quiet the m1 mbp but never seen a dB real test.I mean I don’t want to hear fans spinning when playing games.Thats why I can’t decide mba or mbp
