Am having problems with my MacBook pro m1 i start up computer and log in normally after logging in after a few seconds it freeze and a pink screen comes up for like half a second and restart can seem to find a solution online .thanks for any input.

You didn't say which OS you have. If you are running Monterey, macOS isn't the culprit. If the machine boots, the operating system is ok. Something in your user account is causing it to crash. Try booting in Safe mode as instructed here. Then continue with the further instructions in this document. I suspect you have a login item in your user account that's causing the crash.
