MacBook Pro M1 MAX + External Monitor (ProDisplay XDR) + Scrolling in Safari: slight noise from processor?

Anyone else notice this? Not sure if it'll replicate on other external monitors. Doesn't appear to happen in chrome. I can mostly ignore it but it's kind of bugging me now that I notice it.

I am also curious what it sounds like. I wonder if it is coil whine? I use my MacBook M1 with two LG 4k displays and haven't noticed anything like this.
