MacBook Pro MGX82HN/A OR MacBook Pro ME865HN/A

I am very new to Apple world and this will be my first Mac machine.
When I search, I found there are two models with same specification available (from a seller in India) which cause confusion.

MacBook Pro MGX82HN/A and MacBook Pro ME865HN/A. I am not sure which one to choose, as The specifications same to each other.

Anyone can help me to understand this model numbers?



Also, I see they come with older OS, will it be automatically upgraded to Yosemite?

The model beginning with MGX is the most upto date model and the ME is last generation.
