keeps saying plug in failure

I do have an appt but was jw if anyone knew why it does this.

Are you using Safari? If so, have you tried resetting it to default settings?

To reset Safari, open Safari, then choose "Safari" from the menu bar and then click on "Reset Safari..." from the menu that appears. Then follow the on-screen instructions to finish resetting Safari.

Once you've reset Safari, try browsing around the internet with pages containing Adobe Flash elements to see if Safari continues to stop responding or if the Flash plug-in fails.
