Macbook pro mid 2009 hdd upgrade advice

hello I am new to this forum and would like some advice on purchasing a hard drive for my macbook pro these are my options. can anyone give me advice on the best hard drive to choose or if these companies are ones that I should stay away from?

Go for the drive that is $69 with free shipping. HGST is pretty good, and your MBP will be a lot happier.
