Macbook pro mid 2009 not work

Hey,


I have macbook pro mid 2009 the motherboard is: 820-2530A

When I want power on the computer not work.

I have green and orange lighting on charger and it's charage the battery..

I try power on with power pads but not work... But I have 3.42volt on that.

What Can I check? :)
