Any help?

That's GPU related. Most likely this : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4088

Worth giving Apple a shout, they may fix it for free even if out of warranty.

Unfortunately I'm still having this problem, I'm going to get in touch with apple today and see if theres anything i can do, But from what i have heard it was a problem with the Mid 2010 MBP and they had a thing were you could get the logic board replaced for free after three years of purchase but obviously its past three years now so m guessing they will probably make me pay to get it fixed, is there any fixes i could do myself or anything i could do to possibly make the shut downs occur less?

I believe it was a bug in the GPU chip.

A friend of mine started having similar problems a few weeks ago. Local Apple Store replaced his logic board at no cost even though it was out of the three years extension. So it's worth a try, although YMMV depending on where you live.

Yeah thats what I've heard also, All seems fine for the minute as i can just use GfxCardStatus to make the mac only use the integrated graphics stopping the kernel panics and restarts from happening, I'm going to take it to apple see what i can do, Here is what someone done to get a free replacement do you think it will work for me? https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-5681

Worked for my friend. Took it in, pointed the genius at the TS article and his boss approved booking it in.
