Macbook Pro Mid 2012 Bootcamp Issues

I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2012 with a Kingston SSD Drive. I have a error where I can't get to the bootcamp control panel unless i do run as different user and I can't right click the control panel and restart in Mac OS X. See my other post on apple.
