Well, around 350$ max. I found nearby macbook pro with broken display, same year same size, but dual graphic, mine is single, will it fit if i swap all internals?

I don't think so. Looks like the screens are different between the different years, I think 2013-2014 is one model, and 2015 is another. I haven't tried, so I can't say for sure, but when my 2013 display broke, I wanted to cannibalize a 2012, but they were different part numbers as well.

The late 2013 15” MBP is compatible with your mid 2014 15” MBP.
Don’t get the early 2013 model as that is only compatible with the mid 2012 model.

With that said, are you sure your topcase (keyboard/trackpad and I guess battery since it is glued on) still work?
How about your lcd display?

if the display works then you might have an easier time of swapping your working(?) display over to the MBP with the broken screen.

Edit: Just noticed your second post. Yes, single graphics models and dual graphics models are compatible with each other. The DG model is just the upper tier model which included an Nvidia GT750M in addition to the Iris Graphics.
I've swapped logic boards from same year/compatible year models before with no problems. Both of my MBPs were working though, so I'm not sure how yours would fare. It was mainly just to switch the keyboard layouts (one had a US keyboard and the other a JIS keyboard layout.) It is not an easy job if you haven't done it before.

Find a broken screen MBP of the same model and then swap out the entire bottom half instead of messing with the logic board.
It's easy to separate the display from the logic board.

I did this with a friend's 15" 2014 MBP and got the broken screen MBP for $300 on eBay.

Afterwards I sold back her damaged logic board & enclosure as well as the shattered screen display that I originally purchased back on eBay and got back $150.

Overall, costed her $150....

@smbu2000 that info i need :) Ty all, i find same year mbp with broken display, mine is i7 2.2ghz+intel gpu, that one is 2.5ghz+intel+GT750M, today ill buy it and day after start swaping, i also buy set of screwdrivers ofc... and i find it nearby for 250$ without ssd, 10$ for shipping, which is i think very good price
