M moel macrumors 6502 Nov 7, 2007 452 0 Oct 4, 2010 #2 I wouldn't really like to say. It might be ok, but she might be particularly clumsy and fall over onto you and rip the display off the hinges. You could just kind of keep her away from you and the laptop? Or is that a stupid suggestion?

M moel macrumors 6502 Nov 7, 2007 452 0 Oct 4, 2010 #4 If it's working it's working..yes it may be suffering some undue wear and tear. But it's nothing you can do anything about. Just treat it with care. They are damn robust machines anyway.
