So I got a new 2.66 Ghz MacBook Pro about a month ago and everything is running flawlessly except for one thing. Every time I click on shut down and that other windows pops up asking me if I want to shut down or cancel my mouse cursor does this weird lag spike. The cursor freezes and then appears like half a second later usually somewhere else on the screen since I was moving the mouse pad. This only happens for like a second and the mouse becomes responsive again and it only happens if I move the mouse like crazy. I also only use a touchpad. Also I've noticed the same thing happens when I resume the computer from sleep. It does a lag spike right when the computer wakes and then the mouse is normal again. So Im just wondering if this is an issue I should be concerned about or if its a normal thing and I should not care about it. All help is appreciated.

Thanks
