Ok, I have a macbook and have been very happy with it for a few months. My friend is looking at laptops and is interested in getting a mac.
She will be using the main things such as email, word documents etc but she will mostly be using the mac for composing and recording music. Knowing this is she better going with the macbook or the macbook pro?
As for software, can anyone tell me how Garageband compares to sibelius and if sibelius is worth getting? Has anyone used it on a PC and if so how does it compare?
The final question, what is the best way to be able to watch and record tv on a mac? Has anyone got any software or hardware suggestions for doing this?
