Macbook pro noises

My 2007 Macbook had started making some rather loud chugging noises whenever I watch videos online or just browse sites sometimes. I've had the HD changed twice, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. any ideas or suggestions?
 
For anything loud there can only be too sources Fans or HDD. The deeper the noise characteristic the more I would bet my money on fans.
