MacBook Pro Not Charging Past 3%

My MacBook Pro will not charge past 3%. When I plug in the charger it charges and stops at 3%, what can I do about this? I just got it repaired a week ago.

Try resetting the SMC. If that doesn't help, you may need to return to Apple. What year and model is your MBP?
