Macbook Pro Not Charging

So here's the deal, my MBP got wet, and when I got it working again the battery wouldn't charge. So I got the battery replaced (it had about 275 cycles on it anyway), and now with the new battery it charges intermittently. I have 2 chargers and have this problem with both of them. It also only charges to 97%.

The charge port also looks a little crispy, but it was like that before it got wet.
Any idea? Is it internal components?

It is normal for the battery not to charge to 100%.

Batteries age, eventually, they hold less charge, you're seeing perfectly normal behaviour for any laptop.
