Got a 13" mid 2010 here that I've installed a fresh copy of Snow Leopard on in order to sell. I can click on drives when holding down option on startup, but once anything to do with OS X happens I can't click. Anyone else had this issue? Tried a couple of reinstall discs and no luck so far.

Cheers

Your explanation is vague here, what do you mean?

As in when option is held down on startup I can click on which to use (i.e. HD vs install disc). Then from there I can't click anymore

I know what you write but still vague, you hold Option, it will get you to the boot manager where you choose the disk, lets say Macintosh HD-Recovery HD, CD/DVD, you then hit Enter, after you hit Enter NOT one single MOUSE click gets registered.
Does it get you into the OS, can you login, in the OS your mouse is not working?

I'm confused as well, OP are you trying to right click for the context menu? Once you select the startup disc you shouldn't need to select a disc unless I'm wildly misunderstanding the question.
