Macbook pro not loading pages

After loading a couple of tabs (sometime just one) it wont load anything else. It's like I have no internet connection. After I reboot its ok until I load a couple of tabs.
Every other computer in the house works fine loading the same stuff.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Which Browser? Do the same URLs crash with different browsers (Chome/FFox/Safari)? Have you cleared the cache in the browser that's causing trouble?

Thank you for the reply. Clearly there is something I'm missing. It happens on all browsers especially when resting after some activity, mostly going into Wordpress accounts. Someone mentioned Avast, I deleted it and it still happens.
Any more suggestions would be appreciated.
