macbook pro not recognizing iphone!

I had my iphone conected to windows machine, purchased macbook pro and it connected the 1st time, than I needed to get something off of the windows machine, conected fine, but message came up about using other library, said ok. Later on I tryed to conect to macbook and nothing, I looked and tryed many things, what is wrong?, how can I sync my iphone to macbook pro again?,

You can’t sync that way (multiple machines). Pick one, or only sync like contacts from one and the calendar from the other, for example. You may need to reinstall iTunes for the Mac to work now or you may have to restore.
