macbook pro not running wow as well as macbook

Hi i just got a brand new 13" macbook pro. I play wow and i was a little disappointed when i started to play. i was lagging a lot. the thing is that i have a unibody macbook with 2.26 ghz processor and 2gb of ram and it runs wow better than my new macbook pro with 2.4 ghz processor and 4gb of ram and a better graphics card. Could anyone tell me why my macbook runs world of warcraft better than my brand new macbook pro?
