I've got two LG monitors connected to my new Macbook Pro though a Caldigit TS4 dock. The monitors are each connected to he dock with its own DisplayPort to USB-C cable. When the computer/monitors go to sleep, the computer will often wake up only one of the monitors. I have to keep pushing buttons on the other monitor to cue it to wake up.
I'm not sure if this is a Mac problem, a Caldigit dock problem, or a monitor problem. I had similar issues on a different computer when I had two monitors daisy-chained into a Lenovo ThinkPad. Often I would have to restart the Lenovo to get both monitors to wake up.
Any suggestions, or is this just something I have to learn to live with?
