Hey, so I'm 14 y/o and I'm on a trip with my parents. The hotel were staying at has free wifi, and me and my dad both have macbook pros. His macbook is connecting to the internet, while mine isn't. Sometimes it will say I have 5 bars of service, but I cant actually get on the internet or play online games. This internet doesn't require a password. It's weird, the internet worked for me when I got here; and occasionally out of the blue. But mostly, it doesn't work. Could anyone help me with this? I'm only 14 so I'm kind of new to tech, especially with macs. Thanks

Did you shut your browser down and reopen it? When it reopens, it generally opens to the hotels wireless internet acceptance page where you have to click yes to the Terms and Conditions. If you turn off your laptop, you may have to redo this every time you start your connection.
