Sorry to ask such a boring question that's been done to death, but would you recommend me to get a 13 inch macbook pro now or wait? Are there any issues with the latest macbook pros or anything worth waiting for that can be improved?

Assuming it follows the 16" version we can expect the new 13/14" to have a much better keyboard, physical esc and power buttons, improved thermals and maybe better speakers too.

One never really knows with Apple about when an updated MBP or Air will appear. I think the general consensus is that they are working on a revamped 13" MBP. It could show up in March. Maybe June. Maybe October. Probably well before Christmas for sure.
The keyboard on the '19 MBP 13 is the 4th gen. version of the polarizing butterfly variety. A lot of people actually like it. You should go pound on one at an Apple store or Best Buy and see what you think. You may think it's the best thing since women in bikinis, or you might hate it as much as I hate liver and onions.
Can you wait 6+ months? We'll not be expecting anything until the later portion of the year. As for what else can be improved, apple has done a good job at making small but nice updates, I'm sure that will continue.
Maybe, maybe not, but prior history shows that we'll not see anything until 2nd QTR or even 3rd. I don't know enough of when intel's newer chipsets become available, so there's that
I bought one last night, it's amazing. Looks modern, sleek, and the "bezels" don't bother me at all.
