Macbook pro - opens links when scrolling

Hi all, this is my first post on this forum. :)
I'm suffering some weird problem - when I scroll with the wheel of my wireless mouse, if the cursor is over a link the browser opens it. Every browser does that, not only Safari, so I consider this as OS problem.
Please, advise. Thanks.
