MacBook Pro OS install size

Since Apple have announced a new edition of the MacBook Air, Pro, etcetera, I am considering purchasing a model prior to the M1.
But, curious, what is the average OS install size?

Thus far, I am considering a 128GB SSD model MacBook Pro. Hence, my question. I'd hate the OS install to be something like 80-90GBs. LOL
I will probably only install Parallels, and thus one VM of Windows.

Ideas or suggestions, anyone...
