MacBook Pro Problem! Booting up problem!

Hi, I have a problem when my computer discharged I pluged in it and I tried to use it. The first time it turned on destop, but all destop was freezed, do not showed the left side items, the time, the battery, nothing. But on the screen was table witch said: activatysettings quit unexpectable. What to do? Now when I try to connect it I have a white screen and at the bottom little ball turning forever and it does not turn on. Help please!
