This is a little bit long, but please bear with me

My 13inch snow leopard MacBook Pro run 2 OS, yesterday I boot camped to Window xp and boot camped it back to Mac, it was ok but it ran very slow, then I shut down my MacBook and the next morning I start up my Mac it sucked in the grey screen with the wheel circling I tried restarted it up several times and the Circle flash appear during the grey screen, then I tried Ressetting NVRM and tried Hold C,D,X and even Test the Memory(stuck in the middle of the process), it won't work, now everytime I start it up it automatically take me to my window OS, and now the when it took me back the widow OS, a checking file screen showed up and after it checked and verified 100%, it froze.

How can I make it work again?
How can I Copy all my backup in the Mac OS while I can't even boot it up?

All I want is a copy of my backup

P.S : I think I have a broken folder, but I have tried the method to repair it suggested by apple, it still won't work...

Helps would be very appreciate
