Macbook Pro RAM Upgrade - Will this work?

I have a 2nd gen Merom Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro (sig) with the original 2GB of RAM. I want to upgrade it to 3GB, but I'm confused on the compatibility. Would these sticks work in my machine?
