Macbook pro ram upgrade ?

i bought my Macbook pro off the apple website at the end of August 2008.

i am looking at upgrading my ram to 4gb because i have 2gb now.

whats the best memory i can get for the money
and can i run it with 800mhz or will it not use the full power?

Just get 667MHz RAM.

No, but the RAM should still work.

You should still just get 667MHz RAM, though.
