Macbook Pro Recall Question

hello all,

i've got a mid 2012 macbook pro with retina display that has ghosting, does image distortion linked to ghosting or is it completely different?

when i reinstalled osx mavricks and went into the app store i saw some video card problems, but it was just inside the window, not the whole mac display

Cloud this also cause the fan to work harder? lately, i noticed the left fan has been running really hard, could the video card effect this?

Is there any patesion that i could sign for ghosting problem?

Image retention is completely tied to the LCD panel, nothing else. It has nothing to do with the video card. Since you just bought this thing, it's nobody's fault that you got a machine with problems but yours as I see it. This was a widely discussed problem. You should have done more research before buying. Buying a computer without a warranty or return policy is playing with fire if you ask me. Especially one that is very expensive to fix.
