I am still waiting on the refund for my MacBook Pro and I am wondering if anyone knows if my wait time is normal.

I have a few things different from normal but I wouldn't know if this should increase wait time or not:

- I bought the Mac online with education discount

- I am a UK customer

- This is a 2nd replacement i.e. I bought one, send it back for replacement, then send this one back for refund

I got the "received your items" notification on 26/11/2013 ... is it normal that I am still waiting?

The 'few things different' you mention do not influence the refund procedure at all.

But you have been waiting way too long. It should have been in your bank 2/3 days after they received it.

Just give Apple a call and then you'll know.

Wait, is this the one you dropped, or the second one you dropped? Or another imaginary Macbook Pro? Didn't you just start a worthless thread asking "what mac should I buy?" but didn't given any details?

This thread is simply ridiculous.

Even if you ran over it with a tank and then used it for target practice with an AK-47, you still deserve an update. In that case you won't be getting your money back, but still.
