Hey,

I'm starting to not only pull my already graying hair out, but it's driving me insane.

I've got a MACBook Pro running OS X 10.14.1 (Mojave), now when connected to the network via ethernet it'll only print in black and white even when setting the print settings to print in colour it'll still do it.

Now the printer in question is a Konica Minolta BizHub c346e, now I'm not exactly sure if it's to do with a default print setting for ethernet connections to only print in black and white especially when colour is set.

Is there someone that can at least point me in the right direction?

Here's what I've tried:

  • Removing and re-adding the Printer
  • Installing the latest available driver
  • Ensured that the colour toner wasn't low
Thanks in advance
