MacBook Pro Relaunching Programs by itself?

I've been having a problem recently with my 2010 13" MBP. After waking it from sleep, and launching a program, the screen goes blank, and then re opens all of the windows I had open before. Its almost as if it was doing a partial reboot. I can't find any suitable explanation. I am currently running OSX Lion.

Seems like your Finder is relaunching.

Do the standard things
- reboot
- repair permissions
- verify and repair disk
- update os (if that doesn't fix, reinstall)
