hi
i'm looking at buying a macbook pro. the models for sale where i live don't have a keyboard mapping i like [i live outside the u.s. and the keys are arranged differently]. i touch-type, so actually it doesn't really matter to me what the keycaps say, as long as the computer knows which keys produce which letter. i get on fine this way under windows by telling windows that my keyboard is actually a 'u.s. international' keyboard, and just type away. is there a similar function for the macbook pro, where i can tell it the keyboard layout is u.s. qwerty instead of, say, german or french or ... ?
thanks
