ATTN MBP GENUISES:

Is there a MB/MBP repair kit out there that you would recommend?

I need to replace the 240GB hitachi hard drive in my MBP with a larger 500GB Seagate drive and was wondering if there was a toolkit out there that was designed for use with a Mac?

Thanks,
PG

Yes I am aware of ifixit.com and it's a wonderful resource. However the toolkit they sell they want $17.95. I was just wondering if any of you knew of a kit designed for the Mac? I guess then all I will need is the #00 screwdriver and the T6 torque screwdriver.$4-6 dollar kits being recommended.

Thanks.

I bought a screwdriver kit at radioshack that has all the necessary bits for <$20. I don't remember the exact price as this was well over a year ago.

I went back to Other World Computing and found the 5 piece kit and ordered it. Has the #00 screwdriver as well as the T6 I'm going to need. All under $10.

Thanks for all of your suggestions.
