I am gonna be buying a new MBP in the next coming weeks, my previous one is still fine, I just want a newer one that will be better for my photography.
One of my buddies says he'll by my old one. How much do you think I should sell it to him for?

Specs:
15" MBP
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
250GB hard drive
He says that it is more than enough specs for what he wants/needs it for.

WHat do you think would be a good price to ask him for?

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
