Macbook pro restarting with error message?

Hi all,
since the upgrade has anyone had problems with their computer restarting?

It's usually when waking from sleep and the error message says 'Your computer had to restart because of a problem' it then gives the option to ignore or send report to apple..

I've saved the error report if that's useful?

Only had this problem since upgrading to Maverick grrrrr!
