I have seen this problem several time but i wasn't sure that is it a problem. When i opened a game like League of Legends the fan rpm is going high and start to blow. Is it normal cause last year i had a macbook pro retina 13' late 2012 i haven't got this situation while i was playing League of Legends could you help me???

This is simply what happens when your computer starts doing a more intensive task.

Also, I believe that Apple switched the internal configuration of the Late 2013 vs the Late 2012/Early 2013 13". The Late 2013 models only use 1 fan now vs the previous 2, which could also could explain the difference you experienced.

I would consider this normal. A game requires more processing power from both the processor and graphics components. This will cause the computer to run harder and therefore hotter. The fan comes on to cool them down so they don't overheat and get damaged.

Not sure why your 2012 didn't do it. You may not have noticed.
