Macbook Pro Retina 13" Resolution

I just got the new 13" macbook pro and don't know which resolution I should use. Is there a consensus "best"? I like the highest resolution but it seems like it runs a bit choppy.

What are most people using?

That seems more software than hardware. Turn off transparency and your MBP should run smoothly at the high res.

Thanks! i actually tinkered with the display contrast while in that menu and DAMN this screen looks a thousand times better!
