Macbook Pro Retina 15 (Early 2013) Screen Distortion/Flicker

Hello all,

Please note that this is my first post and I am open to any constructive criticism. I just purchased my MPR 15 in April of this year. I have noticed the screen flickers for a fraction of a second randomly. It also shows these distorted graphics when in the App Store. I tried doing a PRAM and SMC reset, doing a clean system restore, and no cigar. I am still under warranty, but I'm worried a repair under Apple will take weeks, and I cannot be without a laptop because this is my primary work computer. Is there anything else I can try? Thoughts? Suggestions? Gossip?

That looks like a GPU issue. There's nothing you can do other than go to the Genius bar and book an appointment. In my experience, they are really fast in getting your computer back to you. When I had a problem with my 2008 MBP, I got it back in three days.

i do have same prob, don't know what to do now? many suggested software issue.. but really?
