Good evening! My Macbook Pro Retina 15 inch has suddenly started going in and out of sleep causing a constant flickering to audio and screen rendering the computer useless without an external monitor. I have tried resetting PRAM and SMC with no luck. My computer and display sleep is set to never. Even tried disabling the OS ability to go into sleep with InsomniacX - still no luck. I'm starting to think this is a hardware issue. Any ideas? I will add some footage for my lacking skill in describing the issue.

When not connected to an external display: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BomDi10nW8

Thanks!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)

Does there happen to be a magnet nearby?

One of my cases has a magnet in it, and sometimes when it's nearby it shuts off the screen like that.

No, there are no magnets nearby. It's this doing everywhere, in any environment.
