Hi there,

My MBPr2015 has had some serious performance issues lately. The issue becomes most evident when playing games (which is impossible now) or running high end videos. The graphics become extremely laggy and occasionally but not always fan starts running loud. I've reset the PRAM and SMC. I've not got any external attachments and barely any downloaded programs on my MBP. I have no clue what could be causing this. It makes running games/high quality videos/any app of any substance impossible.

I notice that kernel_task can take up a lot of RAM/CPU usage. But even still I don't think it explains this.

Is it possible it might be related to dust/cooling isuses? Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this?
