Hi Guys, Hope you can give me some advice, I do Music Production as a job, mixing projects for clients, producing etc and use Pro Tools 11 & Logic Pro X so I need a fairly powerful computer, I use a Mac Pro everyday and its my main machine but for travelling I currently use an 11" MacBook Air, which struggles with my projects a lot, screen is too small, as is the SSD. So I'm looking for a new travel computer, enter the 13 Inch Retina MBP, I want to go with the mid range spec, 256GB SSD, 16GB RAM but I can't decide on the processor, either the top end i5 or the i7, what benefits does the i7 really give? The i5 has hyper threading anyway right?
