MacBook Pro Retina Display with external monitor settings

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro Retina Display 15" and a HP ZR2440w 24 inch LCD monitor. Currently, the set up is:

rMBP: 2880x1880 (recommended)
HP LCD: 1920 x 1200 (recommended) Set as main display

The wall paper is Windows. While I see the wall paper in full screen on my HP LCD, there is a hugh black broader around the Windows wall paper on my rMBP. It may be that Windows put a smaller size wallpaper on my rMBP. Anybody knows how to fix this problem? Thanks.
