Macbook Pro Retina Display Youtube fullscreen bug

I just got my macbook pro newest up to date model about a week ago.

I use youtube for everything I do, and is almost all I do at the moment and will need it for school

When I put the video in full screen I usually get this until I move my mouse. Then after I let the mouse sit idle, it goes back to it. Only in full screen though

My roommate just came to me and showed me the same bug and asked me to fix it... and I didn't know what to tell him. I couldn't figure it out. Anyone have any success fixing this? He's using a 2015 13in rMBP.
