Macbook Pro retina freezing on reboot after battery runs out

Hi, every time I let the battery of my MB Pro Retina 2015 run out, on reboot, on the first login prompt everything freezes and I can only type or move the mouse for a fraction of a second every 9 seconds or so. Most of the time I press power to turn off the computer but then he automatically enters the recovery mode.

Is there any explanation for that?
