MacBook Pro Retina - Froze Twice Today

Two different times today while using my MBP it froze up completely. I've NEVER had this issue. The only thing that has been done to this computer in the last day or so is the latest install of Adobe Flash...

First time it froze I was in Address Books... Second time I was in iChat... Other processes running in the background. What gives?

Try uninstalling Flash. Also run a hardware test on it.

Agreed, back off the latest change, i.e., Flash and see how things are.

Running the hardware test can't hurt but if it suddenly started after updating Flash there's a good chance that's the cause.
